Some time ago, I was approached by a musician. He had to negotiate a fee with a venue for a gig and was worried that he would give away his services too cheaply. He asked me to negotiate for him.
I negotiated a fee for his gig, for the door money and for a percentage of the bar bill. He was amazed at what I had achieved for him. He was so pleased that he has asked me now to negotiate all his contracts for him.
