Robert Green, FCA

Mina Kamdar
Payroll Manager & Company Secretarial
Mina has been the payroll manager at Green & Peter for over 25 years, having joined the firm in 1997, when some of our team were still in nappies! To say that you’re in a safe pair of hands would be an understatement as there’s very little that Mina hasn’t experienced over the years. Straight-talking and with a keen eye for detail, she is more than reliable. Outside of work, Mina loves to volunteer in her community and learn new things, often attending lectures in other fields of interest.
Khaled Chowdury
Senior Accountant & Manager
Khaled has been at Green & Peter since 2012, but has been working in banking and finance since 1996, either side of 6 years in the entertainment industry. Along with Robert he oversees the work of the others in the practice and provides exceptional advice to clients of all types. With an almost photographic memory of client’s affairs, he is an incredible asset to the team. He has expertise in the Property Industry as well as with tax investigations (VAT & self-assessment) and foreign tax credits. Khaled is a massive advocate of listening to clients in order to find the best way of assisting them. Outside of work, he enjoys walks in the countryside with family and friends.
Rafi Bhuyian ACCA
Senior Accountant
Rafi started to work in accounting in 2011. He became an ACCA affiliate in 2015 and a member in 2023. He also has both a BA (Hons) and MSc in Accounting. After passing his ACCA exams he moved abroad to work as Head of Accounts & Finance for an air conditioner import company. In 2017, he came back to the UK, settling at Green & Peter in March 2019. He has a broad knowledge of accounting rules and works with great accuracy, helping clients to tidy up their records and accounts. He is our in-house tech wizard, always on hand to help staff and clients alike. Apart from technology, he has a passion for cycling, photography and enjoys DIY.
Rajib Deb
Senior Accountant
Rajib has been with the Green & Peter family since May 2022. He comes with 7 years of accounting experience and is part-qualified with ACA. He also has both a BA (Hons) and MSc in Accounting & Finance. Rajib enjoys helping clients with all sorts of queries. With great attention to detail and a wide knowledge of accountings systems, he is able to ensure best practice, completing accounts with skill and efficiency. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and playing cricket.
Santhi Anbarasan
Accountant
In 2004, Santhi joined Green & Peter as an experienced bookkeeper. Although she’s been in the profession over 20 years, she still seeks to learn more every day. Santhi puts her heart and soul into her work, aware that it’s not just numbers she works with but something more meaningful. This is summed up in her mantra: ‘figures mean something’. Santhi loves to bring clarity and calm to clients, helping them to organise their books and accounts efficiently.When not at work, she loves spending time with her children, listening to classical music, gardening and trying new cuisines.
Steven Gutwin
Accountant & Payroll
In October 2019, Steven joined Green & Peter after completing his BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and MA in Public Policy. He has since begun to study ACCA. A reliable and hard-working team member, Steven loves to help clients get their financial affairs in order. He works across both the accounts and payroll departments and is known for going above and beyond for clients. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family, watching sports and playing guitar. He is also our 2022 G&P bowling champion!
Ben Price
Accountant
Ben has been at Green & Peter since October 2022 and is currently studying AAT. He is undergoing his training to become an accountant in the future. He joined Green and Peter as a volunteer but he was so bright that he is now our trainee accountant. This is his first experience in the accounting field. He enjoys helping clients with keeping their accounts organised and up to date. Outside of work, he enjoys taking part in sporting activities with his friends and going out for nice meals with family.
Sumaiya
Accountant
Sumaiya is one of the first people you’ll be introduced to should you wish to use our services. Sumaiya joined Green & Peter in January 2024, bringing extensive accounting experience since 2018 from Bangladesh. She holds both a BBA and MBA in Finance and excels in software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. With this knowledge dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Looking ahead, she aims to pursue ACCA certification. Beyond her professional endeavours, she finds joy in traveling and embracing new experiences.
Somayeh
Accountant
Since Joining Green & Peter in May 2022, Somayeh brings a dynamic blend of expertise in accounting and finance. Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, coupled with additional studies in Business Management, Somayeh has honed her skills and aspires to become a leading expert in financial accounting. Somayeh is dedicated to continuously evolving and contributing to the success of both our clients and our practice at Green & Peter. Beyond her pursuits, she enjoys kickboxing, playing the guitar, and spending time with her daughter, Rojan.
Christopher Smyth
Accountant
Chris recently joined Green & Peter, embarking on an exciting new career path in accounting. He has successfully completed AAT Levels 2, 3, and 4, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field. Committed to furthering his professional development, Chris plans to continue his studies with ACCA. Outside of work, Chris is a sports enthusiast who enjoys following various sports and playing football on the weekends.
Ikram Kaya
Admin, Credit Control & Accounts
Ikram Kaya joined Green and Peter as part of the admin and accounts department. After taking some time off to be with her two daughters, Ikram has returned to work with renewed enthusiasm, ready to leverage her extensive knowledge, skills, and experience gained from previous studies and professional roles. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, walking, and spending quality time with her family. Additionally, Ikram has a passion for traveling and dreams of exploring the world one day.
